We may love warm days for its sunshine and beautiful weather, but the amount of sweat we shed because of it makes us regret getting out of bed, especially after finding out about the big stain it left on the shirt. Thankfully, that will not stop us from ruining a beautiful day so we have found the perfect combination to fix it:

All you need is ½ cup of baking soda, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 tbsp of hydrogen peroxide and 1 tbsp of salt.

First, soak the shirt in a bowl of two cups of warm water and vinegar, and leave it for 30 minutes. In a different bowl, mix the other ingredients together until they create a paste.

Take the shirt off the vinegar-water and apply the paste on the stain, then let it sit for 25 minutes. Wash the paste and then let the washing machine handle the rest of the work.

The pillows will casually get stained because we don’t really care about their hygiene for reasons we don’t know. We think as long as we wash the sheets, we will be fine. But the pillows need a little care too in order to live longer and not cause us any illnesses.

Anyway, you will need 1 part bleach, 1 part washing gel or washing powder, and ½ part Borax or sodium boric acid.

Throw all the stained pillows in a washing machine along with these ingredients after you mix them well. The water temperature of the machine shouldn’t be less than 40°C and do an additional rinse. Hang them somewhere where they can dry well.

Due to our unconditional love for food, we eat it carelessly to the point we end up continuing our day with oil marks right in the front of our shirts. In order to get rid of it, you will need items you probably already have at home.

Basically, you need baby powder (or flour), paper towels, water, and dishwashing detergent.

Start by removing the excess oil using a paper towel. Add a generous amount of flour or baby powder on the stain, then let it soak for an hour. Remove the powder and apply a small amount of water with dishwashing detergent. Gently, rub it gently and then let the washing machine wash it as usual.

Just like the pillows, our mattresses need extra care as well, or they will end up stained forever. It is understandable why we rarely care about its hygiene, but it is necessary to do it at least once in a month or two.

You will need 1 part detergent, 1 part baking soda, 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide, a strainer, and a brush.

The first step is you need to vacuum your mattress, sieve the soda on its surface, and then gently rub with a brush. Vacuum all that soda after 15 minutes. The next step is mixing 10 ml of liquid soap and 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle.

Right after preparation, shake the bottle well and then spray it on the stained areas. After 20 minutes, clean that area with water and blow dry.
