There are so many things that we have been doing wrong since the day we had our first step so we continued doing them out of habit. Maybe because we inherited them from past generations, and will probably be passed on to the next ones, unless we stopped doing them right now!
From the way we wear our clothes to how we take showers, there is a different and better way for all of them. Just prepare yourself to drop most of your current habits because, seriously, they are all wrong and only wasting your time!
Iron your clothes without an iron
Ironing is honestly one of the most boring activities that we have to do every morning/night. But there is a trick that will save your life and time: put your clothes inside the dryer and put 3 ice cubs with them. Turn it on and leave it for 15 minutes, and voila! Just make sure to not put many items of clothing at one time.
Take a shower
When we are taking a shower, we tend to use way too much body wash and shower gel, which is not a good move since our skin needs its natural oils to stay healthy, and the big amounts of soap wash them out completely.
Plus, it makes the body itchy and dry, which lead to many skin issues like eczema. So just resist that temptation and remember that using a small amount is enough to be cleaned.
Cooling down drinks in the heat
The best way to cool down a drink is by filling a big bowl with ice and water at a ratio 1:1, add salt (for 1 Liter, add 2 tablespoons), put your bottle in the bowl and make sure it is completely covered. In 2 minutes, it will be 7 – 11 degrees cooler.
The legs of your computer
Your laptop or your PC’s keyboard has two extendable legs on its bottom. In order to see the button clearly, you have to let them “stand up”, it will make everything easier for you. But in case you can use it without looking at the keyboard, then it is best to stop using them because they could cause pain in your wrists.
