This is really a genius way to remove wrinkles from your clothes. Boil some water in your crockpot, melting pot, or any kind of pot that you use with a flat surface.

Then, when the water boils, spill it out in a container, and the bottom of the pot will be hot enough to apply it just like your regular iron to get rid of the wrinkles. However, before applying the pot, make sure that you wipe the bottom to get rid of anything that may leave a spot on your garment.

If you have clothes that stayed on the clothes rack for too long that they developed wrinkles, you can treat them by using the washing machine and dryer option.

Throw your piece of garment in the dryer after spraying it with small amounts of water and add another damp item to the dryer.

Then, add ice cubes (optionary) since they give off steam when they melt that could be beneficial for the process. Spin the dryer for about 15 minutes and you may get rid of most of the creases.

So if you are having wrinkles in your shirt collar, for instance, you can run the straightener over it and it will take care of the wrinkles.

You may not get clothing stores kind of straightening, but it can still save your life in some awkward situations. Just make sure that you clean the straightener from hair or products that may leave a spot on your shirt.
