Your bathroom sink is getting rusty? I have a cheap home cleaning hack for you. The soap scum and high mineral contents cause rust to build up on porcelain skin, but you can quickly get rid of that using regular white toothpaste and make it look as fresh as new. Scrub the sink with a spare toothbrush or any brush or sponge and rinse properly; it will scrub it clean and leave no rust residue. After this, pay attention to any harsh chemicals such as hair dyes or nail polish as they are some of the main culprits behind rusty sinks. 4. Distilled vinegar for curtain stains Vinegar works with almost any home cleaning hacks. This time, you can easily and quickly remove pesky stains from curtains with no more than water, some lemon juice, and white vinegar.  All you have to do is soak the curtains or sheets in a mix of distilled vinegar and water, add half part lemon juice and leave the fabric in the mixtures for up to one hour or so. You can then either air dry them or place them in the dryer and enjoy your brand new curtains and sheets! 5. A match for a smelly bathroom You’ve got one smelly bathroom right there! But don’t worry too much when you have a match to light up and cover that foul odor. Yes, lighting a match can cover the strong odor real quick, especially if you’re receiving unexpected guests and you want to do some damage control! The sulfur dioxide is stronger than that terrible odor and will do the trick just right. So how did you find these sworn-by home cleaning hacks? Let us know which ones you tried on your own home.
