There are many ways that claim to be the best way to clean hardwood floors, but most of them involve floor cleaning products that can be rather expensive.
You can make your hardwood floors be all shiny by boiling half a dozen tea bags in one quart of water, and then let that mix cool off. Get a soft cloth and get it moist on that mix, and then wipe it on the floor. Alternatively, you can also use a spray bottle.

So, what you can do is use your carpet cleaning spray as a floor grout cleaner. Spray it onto those dirty grouts and scrub with a rigid brush; wait ten minutes, more or less, and then do your usual cleaning routine with a mop.
