Let’s admit it, deciding how many times you should be washing your hair is a bit tricky and that’s because there is no specific answer to give. It depends on the type of your hair and on how oily your scalp can get!

So, if you have the habit to wash your hair on a daily basis, then you’d better stop as shampooing can strip your hair from its natural oils and make it dry. Cleaning your house and giving importance to your personal hygiene is a must but doing it too often can lead to undesirable consequences. We are not saying that you should let things get too dirtier but we are saying that you should learn how to find balance and moderation in everything you do!
