#1 – Smooth skin is healthy skin

If you already know that apple cider vinegar is a good skin exfoliator then this is to remind you again.

The alpha-hydroxy acid in ACV—short for apple cider vinegar— can treat acne, remove dead skin cells, keep your skin smooth, and relieve you from any pain caused by sunburns. Talk about multi-tasking.

Removing sunburns, however, is not ACV’s job.

Also, to avoid any side effects, do NOT apply apple cider vinegar undiluted on your skin. Mix the vinegar with water, apply it to a clean washcloth or cotton pad and then, gently, to your skin.

#2 – Let your hair shine

Who knew that the easiest solution to frizzy hair was apple cider vinegar all along?

If you have frizzy hair, the acid in apple cider vinegar will help flatten and smoothen it by lowering the pH level of the scalp and get rid of any bacteria that could be hidden in your hair.

After shampooing your hair, rinse it with ACV mixed with water. Repeat it for one or two weeks and you will notice the difference.

Once the frizz is gone and your hair is soft and shiny, your mood will also soften.

#3 – Whiten your teeth

Which of us doesn’t want to show off their pearly whites?

But do not forget that apple cider vinegar’s acidity can damage your gum and teeth so, again, do not use it undiluted. Always mix ACV with water when applying it to your teeth or rinsing your mouth with it. Make sure to wash your mouth thoroughly after use.

ACV has antibacterial properties and you can use it as an alternative to commercial mouthwash. You can even apply it to your toothbrush to remove any bacteria in it.

#4 – Get rid of rust

When you’re not a fan of old, rusty tools, you can’t help but look for a solution to that. Well, it is not too far-fetched.
