Don’t sort the whites and blacks only!

Never add detergent on your clothes directly
Even if you have been taught differently, there is always right and wrong ways to load the washing machine. The mistake we always do is adding the detergent and then water. Here is a better way:
Place laundry in, add water, and then soap. But if you want to use bleach, you should add water first, clothes, and then soap.
Don’t abuse the dryer
The best method to dry your clothes is naturally (air dry). It will be gentler on underwear and delicate items. Plus, it will help you save the energy by not using the dryer. If you want to go for tumble-dry, then don’t overload the dryer. Once it is finished, hang them immediately to avoid any wrinkles.
Don’t mix clothes with socks
Do you lose one of your socks every time you do your laundry? Then you should place them in the washer first and then add everything else. It is the perfect way to prevent them from getting attached to another item of clothing, which is why they go missing very often.
