That’s not everything as some of these in-room safes come with ‘’administrator mode’’, which means even if you set your own code, the hotel stuff can enter this code 999999 and the safe will easily open.
Hence, you’d better avoid keeping your valuables in the in-room safe. However, if you are obliged, make sure it can’t be unlocked with the ‘’administrator mode’’.
