6. Give Your Burnt Pots A Second Chance

No one likes to cook using a burnt pot, and it’s perfectly understandable. But there is a simple process to clean them up. Fill your burnt pots and pans with water and then add two or three cups of white vinegar, depending on the size of the pot. Let the water boil and then, after allowing it to cool off, mix two tablespoons of baking soda into the water and let it sit for five minutes, more or less. Then, use your sponge to scrub the stains off, and your pots will look almost as good as new.

7. Clean Your Microwave Oven With Vinegar

Once again, vinegar is the magic potion that will save the day. The process is pretty much the same that we suggested for the disinfection of your dishwasher. Place a bowl with a mix of vinegar and water inside the microwave and heat the mixture for ten minutes. The steam will dissolve all the sticky dirt on your microwave so you can wipe it off easily using a soft cloth.

8. Eliminate The Bad Odors On Your Fridge

The fridge is the house of the food, and it’s only natural that you store all sorts of items inside it, like fruit, veggies, raw meat and fish, and even leftovers. But all of these different foods combined can result in an awful smell emanating from your refrigerator. However, getting rid of the nasty odors inside your fridge is quite simple. All you need to do is place a plate with some ground coffee inside it and let it sit there overnight. The coffee will neutralize the smell, freshening up your fridge.

9. Unclog Your Drains

Everyone knows just how nasty a clogged drain can smell, and no one wants to go through that. The good news is that that awful smell can be prevented using just baking soda, hot water, and, of course, vinegar. Mix these three ingredients and simply proceed to pour them down the drain, slowly. This will prevent unclogging and, consequently, any foul odors coming from your pipes.

10. And Finally, The Garbage Disposal

Eliminating bad odors on your garbage disposal should be a top priority, and it’s the easiest thing in the world. Take a lemon, throw it into the garbage disposal, and then finish it up with warm running water and lemon juice. The acidity of the lemon can neutralize all of those nasty odors, and the fresh lemony scent is super pleasant.
