6. Gas – Always Keep the Tank Full
You must keep your car’s gas tank in half. This way, you will have enough fuel to make a big trip (more than 200 miles) if necessary. 7. Clothes Changes – For All Weather Conditions

You do not know where you will be at the end of the respective catastrophe that is plaguing you, and you may need to move between probably thousands of debris and sharp surfaces. You will not be able to be well-protected and walk in good condition if you are wearing slippers or barefoot.
9. Rudimentary Technological Materials? Collect Them All!
At the end of a storm or other types of disaster, it is only natural that your cell phone may not be operational, as well as other electronic devices. You may even be unreachable and without anyone knowing where you are. It is the same as saying that you will be in survival mode. And if so, you really need to survive. For you and your family members to always be identified – during and after a catastrophe, you must always take important documents with you, such as the ID card, health insurance documents, travel documents (if applicable), the social security card, birth certificate, among other legal documents of equal importance. Only then will you and your family be identified and have a better chance of starting again. These are the ten mandatory things you should have in your home emergency kit, and they can make all the difference. Keep this emergency kit in an easily accessible place so that you can use it without difficulty. Always have it stocked and ready to use!
